If we fully followed the teachings of our Creator, women would regain their femininity, grace, and balance. There is no need to seek solutions externally, for everything we need has already been provided to us.
Allah says in the Quran:
"وَفِي السَّمَاءِ رِزْقُكُمْ وَمَا تُوعَدُونَ"
“And in the heaven is your provision and whatever you are promised.” (Surah Adh-Dhariyat, verse 22).
Rizq (sustenance) encompasses everything: health, marriage, children, wealth, food, the love of people, mental stability, family, and much more. A woman is a precious gem, created to be cherished, protected, and nurtured, not to suffer or lose herself in the chaos of life. Understand this, my dear sister, and you will live more peacefully.

The Example of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): A Model of Love and Care
Let us take the example of our mother Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), the beloved wife of the Prophet (ﷺ). The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) had a special love and attention for her. He ensured her well-being, growth, and happiness. One day, while they were traveling together, Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) raced with the Prophet (ﷺ). She won the race, and they laughed together. Later, during another journey, she raced him again, but this time, the Prophet (ﷺ) won. He smiled and said to her, “This time, it’s a rematch!”
This anecdote shows how much the Prophet (ﷺ) cared for his wife’s happiness, even in the small moments of life. He understood the feminine nature and knew how to cherish it. Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) was an educated, strong, and beloved woman, and she is a role model for all of us.
The Quest for Emotional Stability

We are all seeking emotional stability. Our feelings, sometimes uncontrollable, push us to explore different paths to calm our minds. This is where practices like meditation, dhikr (remembrance of Allah), or even hobbies such as horseback riding, swimming, boxing, or drawing come into play.
Drawing, for example, is a gentle way to let go. When we draw, our brain takes a pause, and only our hands work, activating the creative part of our mind that we so rarely engage. Add a therapeutic dimension to it, such as art therapy exercises, and the benefits are felt immediately after each session.
And that’s not all! The artist MICH has enriched this practice by incorporating a spiritual dimension. For her, it is essential not to spend such a precious moment—when we are deeply connected to ourselves in profound calm—without including an element of prayer or divine remembrance. She has developed specific exercises, which you can discover in our guide, *Les émotions silencieuses* (Silent Emotions).
Feel the Beauty of Islam
Allah says in the Quran:
"وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ"
“And whoever fears Allah, He will make a way out for them and provide for them from sources they could never imagine.” (Surah At-Talaq, verses 2-3).
Feel the beauty of Islam, this religion that embraces all aspects of our lives, including our emotional and creative well-being. By following these teachings, we can regain our inner balance and fully live our femininity in peace and gratitude.
Let us draw inspiration from the women of the Prophet’s era (ﷺ), those models of strength, wisdom, and personal growth. Let us take care of ourselves, cherish our spirituality, and remember that we are precious gems, created to shine.
