Spiritual art therapy ?

  What is SAT (Spiritual Art Therapy)?  

I didn’t discover this method on my own. I worked with several art therapists to understand how art can help express what words fail to say, and developed a serie of 30 powerful exercises to make that possible.

But I also knew one truth: therapy without Allah is not complete healing. Because a truly peaceful heart is one that humbly returns to the Almighty.

And who is the Only Healer?
"Ash-Shafi" (الشفاء), Allah, the One who heals.

This is how Spiritual Therapeutic Art (SAT) was born: a method that helps you reconnect with yourself, while keeping Allah at the center of your healing journey
